Marshal Allen D. Bailey is a well known western and wildlife artist. His artwork has been published in western related and outdoor sports magazines and catalogs. Allen D. Bailey was appointed Dodge City Marshal in a regular city council meeting on February 21, 2000 by the Dodge City Mayor, the honorable Gerald H. Schmidt and the city commissioners. Allen is the popular and long time host of High Plains Public Radio’s Western Swing and Other Things.
